When thinking about starting a juice fast, one of the number one questions people ask is “how much juice should I be drinking?”
The standard answer has usually been 64-96 ounces (2-3 liters) of juice daily. However, I have a caveat… I personally believe you should drink as much as you’d like, which may be MORE than 96 ounces a day. Reason being that more juice (in the beginning) may stave off your hunger pangs!
In addition to the juice, you should be drinking water. A LOT OF WATER. More water than you think!
