Y’all know how much I love to talk about juicing! As the months have gone by and I learn more about the science behind it, I have become more and more fascinated by the ability to heal all that ails through proper nutrients. It’s simply mind-boggling!
I came across this video of Dr. Robert Young today on Facebook. Now, at first, the fact that it’s 42 minutes gave me pause, but I committed to sitting down and watching the whole thing. AH-MAY-ZAN’! Really great explanation of the importance of pH levels in the body, how juicing green veggies and fruits is the key to balance, and the awesomeness that is raw food.
